All of our packages are personally inspected prior to shipment, which means that any damage upon delivery was caused en route. If you find that your products are in less than an optimal condition upon delivery, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and emailing our customer support team at hello@nakedandthriving.com if you require any assistance with this process. This is certainly not the experience we would like for our customers, and we would be happy to help remedy this for you.
