When will I receive my refund?

You can expect to receive a refund within 2-3 weeks of our team receiving your returned products at our facilities. Once a refund has been issued, our team will send an email from hello@nakedandthriving.com to confirm that a refund has been issued. Please note that it may take 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your statement. In the rare case that you have not seen a refund issued on your statement despite confirmation from our team, we recommend that you contact your bank provider.
